About Joey O'Connor

Joey O'Connor's passion is to make this world a more beautiful place. Joey served for eighteen years as the executive director of The Grove Center for the Arts & Media, a Southern California arts organization he founded in 2002. He is also the founder of the new Congo Reform Association.

Through his books and screenwriting, Joey inspires audiences worldwide with his gift for storytelling. He is an award-winning author of 23 books and screenplays. His latest release, The Cobalt Curse, is a thriller set in the Congo.

As a friend, encourager, and creative coach, Joey has come alongside many artists to assist them in cultivating their spiritual life and creative work. 

As a husband, father, and grandfather, his family is his pride and joy. Joey loves to read, go to the beach, play with his grandbabies, hang out with friends, and compete in Ironman events.
